Local Board Information

Pursuant to recent amendments to Section 10 of the PEBA, “After June 30, 2020, no new local board may be created.” An existing local board that wishes to continue to operate “shall submit to the board copies of a revised local ordinance, resolution or charter amendment authorizing continuation of the local board” by December 31, 2020. The local board shall follow all procedures and provisions of the PEBA unless otherwise approved by the PELRB.
